“Honestly cannot recommend Creeds enough!! We’d had a bad experience with previous groomers and Poppy had become quite nervous about grooms but since taking her to Creeds for the last year they have absolutely transformed her with their patience and experience. She now really enjoys going, trots in happily and always comes back looking amazing! Quick responses and always flexible to try and help if plan change at short notice. “Beti has been going to Creed’s for almost 5 years. They are wonderful with her. Kind, patient and spoil her rotten during her groom. They have built up so much trust that she even allowed Mike to clean her teeth. They are so accommodating and Lisa will always double check what length, what style etc. Such lovely people too. Beti is a very lucky pup to have such wonderful groomers!!”

“I took my Anatolian sheepdog to be groomed for the very first time. Booking was really simple, the Salon was really lovely with a calm environment. The Staff were really friendly and asked many questions to understand my dog fully. When I collected her she was having a cwtch with the Staff Member and she looked and smelt amazing! “Here to sing the praises of 'Creed's Dog Grooming.' Our 2yr + 5 month Labradoodle boy (Jax) has been a client here for quite some time now and the care and attention that he get's from Lisa, Mike (and staff) is tremendous. He is a typical Doodle (clingy/needy) and I can't say he's happy to be left but I know I'm leaving him in very capable/caring hands. The Salon is gorgeous - a most professional set up, but also (very important!) it's a very safe and secure environment in which to leave our beloveds. You can't just 'walk in' as the front door is monitored. Beyond that there is another safety gate thus ensuring all dogs are kept safe and secure at all times. Poor Lisa - it takes hours to sort out a curly coat on a large Labradoodle but I'm always kept in touch by text on how he's doing etc. It's been known that my once stressed out boy has fallen asleep on table mid groom. Summary: Creed's have always done a magnificent job on making our boy look amazing and feel comfortable again (Grooming is a 'must' for Doodles..) plus I know he's in the very best hands. Mike & Lisa are so very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, plus he get's the odd treat! ;) Five star rating from me! Thank you 'Creed's' #Simplythebest”

“Very lovely groomers, beautifully built and so nicely finished off on the outside and inside. When we first arrived our little girl Harper was so nervous, Lisa was so patient and kind, she reassured her and made a fuss of her, our girl slowly started to relax, you could see how kind and beautifully natured Lisa the groomer was you can tell she's a real dog lover. I always worry about leaving my dog anywhere but i have to say this was the first time I felt happy and relaxed to leave her I knew she was in good hands. Lisa did a fantastic job with our girls hair, i am so happy, she looks beautiful 😍 Once again thank you so much for everything I couldn't have asked for a better service.”

“Been taking my little Rex to Creeds since he was a puppy. The girls are so good with him, so gentle and very welcoming. He gets lots of fuss by everyone there, good natural treats and comes out smelling amazing and looking so fresh. He’s a French bulldog and they get his wrinkles and ears gleaming. Highly recommend ❤️”

“We recently took our 4 month old puppy to have his first groom and I can't recommend Lisa enough. She spent a long time talking to us and getting to know him at his own pace. Her care and attention was really appreciated as he was a little nervous. Our pup came out looking and smelling gorgeous and Lisa did a great job trimming him for the first time. “From the outset Michael was helpful and knowledgeable and accommodated our requests. This was my 2 dog's first visit and they will definitely be returning. From the ease of parking, to the fabulous communication and most importantly their grooms, I cannot fault them at all.
